My problem was I couldn't tell when I was actually capable of studying and when I was just running on empty — so I'd grind through the empty hours and crash for a week. I built Meridian because I needed it, and it didn't exist.

Yes. Energy tracking, session logging, and your rhythm view are free forever. A Pro tier adds full history and deeper analytics later — but you genuinely won't need it on day one, and we'll tell you when it would actually be useful.
Habit trackers count streaks. Meridian tracks your energy and builds a picture of your real rhythm over time — so one missed day erases nothing, and what it suggests adapts to how you actually showed up.
Because every other app lost you the moment you broke a streak. There are no streaks here. At 2/5 energy Meridian won't demand a two-hour deep session — it suggests something lighter, or tells you to rest. It works with where you actually are.
No. Even three or four days a week builds useful data. There's no minimum and no penalty for gaps — the app picks up exactly where you left off.
Your data stays in your account. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for ads. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from Settings.
